SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND

2-35.010 Creation of fund. ¶

Pursuant to Section 2113 of the Streets and Highway Code of the State, a special fund is hereby created in the City treasury to be known as the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.

2-35.020 Payments into fund. ¶

All money received by the City from the State under the provisions of the State Streets and Highways Code for the acquisition of real property or interest therein or for the construction, maintenance or improvement of streets or highways other than State highways, shall be paid into the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.

2-35.030 Expenditures. ¶

All money in the special fund under this Article shall be expended exclusively for the purposes authorized by and subject to, the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code of the State.
