Section 8-7.01. Uniform street grade line.¶
(a) The elevation of the centerline of Main Street between the centerline of Vine Street and the centerline of the right-of-way of the Pacific Coast Railway Company shall be a uniform grade line drawn between the elevations given in this section.
(b) The elevations of the centerline of Main Street shall be:
(1) At its intersection with the centerline of right-of-way of the Pacific Coast Railway Company, 5.89 feet below;
(2) At its intersection with the centerline of Broadway Street, 1.95 feet above;
(3) At its intersection with the centerline of Vine Street, 5.94 feet above.
