Section 4-3.101. Designated maximum rates.¶
The several rates for licenses for the pursuit of the businesses set forth in this chapter shall be the maximum rates, and they are fixed and established for and within the City, as follows in this chapter. The rates to be presently charged, up to and below these maximum rates, shall be set by resolution of the City Council.[1]
