Section 12-9A.301. Processing Fee.¶
The City Council may adopt a resolution, amended from time to time, imposing a processing fee to defray the costs of providing the services described in Articles 1 and 2 of this chapter. Resolutions shall be adopted according to the procedures specified in Chapter 24 of Title 2 of this Code and fees adopted shall not exceed the reasonable cost of providing the services described.
