Section 12-33.101. Intent and purpose.¶

It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to prescribe performance, design and landscaping standards for commercial and industrial districts in order to enhance the quality of the environment for the mutual benefit of all persons and uses both within and around the zoned areas.
