§ 4.40.010. Lost public assistance warrants.

A public assistance warrant shall be considered lost if it has been mailed and has not been received by the addressee within 14 days after the date of mailing, and thereupon a duplicate warrant may be issued in accordance with Government Code Section 29850 et seq.
