Santa Cruz County Municipal Code Ch. 3.36 Retirement

A contract is hereby authorized between the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Cruz and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System. The Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the County, as well as any amendments thereto as may be approved by action of the Board. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to keep and maintain a copy of the contract and any amendments thereto on file in the Clerk's office.
