16.13.920. Appeals.

Except as otherwise provided herein, appeals taken pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be made in conformance with the procedures of Chapter 18.10 SCCC, including appeal of the requirement for geologic hazard assessment or technical report. All appeals taken concerning the decision to issue and record a notice of geologic hazard pursuant to the provisions of SCCC § 16.13.900 and § 16.13.910 shall be governed by the procedures commencing with Section 501 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Structural and Geologic Hazards as amended by SCCC § 12.10.425.
