Code reviser's note: Ord. 3186 adopted the recodification of prior code Chapter 13.04 SCCC. Ord. 3315 renumbered various chapters of the Santa Cruz County Code, including renumbering Chapter 13.04 SCCC to Chapter 13.10 SCCC.

Ord. 5514 amends this chapter and is currently effective outside the Coastal Zone. Section LII of Ord. 5514 states the ordinance "shall take effect upon final certification by the California Coastal Commission inside the Coastal Zone."
