13.10.441. Purposes of the Statement of Intention I Combining District.

The Statement of Intention Combining District denotes those lands for which the Board of Supervisors has adopted a statement of intention in accordance with Section 1630 of the State Revenue and Taxation Code. The statement of intention constitutes a rebuttable presumption that the Board of Supervisors intends to refrain from rezoning the subject property in the predictable future.

Those parcels for which the Board of Supervisors has granted a statement of intention are designated with an I Combining District.
