§ 17.05.800. Violation a misdemeanor.¶

Any person who willfully or maliciously violates any provision of this Subdivision Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Pursuant to SCCC § 1.05.070, the City may enforce any violation of the provisions of this Subdivision Ordinance as a criminal, civil or administrative action.
