§ 17.05.800. Violation a misdemeanor.

Any person who willfully or maliciously violates any provision of this Subdivision Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Pursuant to SCCC § 1.05.070 , the City may enforce any violation of the provisions of this Subdivision Ordinance as a criminal, civil or administrative action. (Ord. 1780 § 3, 4-8-2003)
