Sec. B5-1. - Riding on sidewalks or pedestrian paths.

Any person riding, using, or operating a bicycle on any sidewalk or pedestrian path within the unincorporated territory of the County of Santa Clara shall exercise reasonable care for the rights and safety of others using any sidewalk or pedestrian path. No person shall ride, use, or operate a bicycle on any sidewalk or pedestrian path fronting any business or commercial establishment.

Sec. B5-2. - Riding in County parks.

This chapter shall not apply to any person riding a bicycle on or upon any property owned or operated by Santa Clara County Parks.
