Sec. B11.5-25. - Stormwater pollution control on industrial and commercial sites.

All industrial and commercial sites shall use appropriate BMPs consistent with the California Storm Water Quality Association (CASQA) Best Management Practice Handbooks or equivalent to address pollutant sources associated with outdoor process and manufacturing areas, outdoor material storage areas, outdoor waste storage and disposal areas, outdoor vehicle and equipment storage and maintenance areas, outdoor parking areas and access roads, outdoor wash areas, outdoor drainage from indoor areas, rooftop equipment and contaminated and erodible surface areas, and other sources determined to have a reasonable potential to contribute pollution of stormwater runoff.

All industrial and commercial sites shall be inspected to verify that BMPs are installed, maintained, and effective.
