Sec. B14-43.1. - Picnicking.¶
(a) Family picnic sites are limited to two to five picnic tables situated together, with one standard BBQ, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation or extra fee required. As used in this subsection, "first-come, first-served" means the first group to arrive with a responsible adult or adults who uses one family picnic site by continuously occupying the site for the entire period of group use during regular Park operating hours.
(b) Designated group picnic sites are named sites with a high capacity BBQ and are available as follows:
(1) By advance reservation permit for full and exclusive use of a designated group picnic site; or
(2) By reservation permit on the day of the event or activity for full and exclusive use of a designated group picnic site. Reservation permits on the day of the event or activity may be issued if the site was not reserved in advance or if a group with an advance reservation permit has vacated the site.
(3) On a first-come, first-served basis with no reservation permit or additional fee required for non-exclusive access to the site when not reserved or otherwise occupied by another group.
(c) Basic access to the site includes use of available picnic tables and excludes use of the high capacity BBQ.
(d) As used in subsection (b), "first-come, first-served" means the first group to arrive with a responsible adult or adults who uses a portion of a designated group picnic site for a maximum of three consecutive hours during regular Park operating hours, and who vacates the site prior to use by a group with a reservation permit.
(e) Use of a designated group picnic site is required for groups comprised of 30 persons or more.

Sec. B14-43.2. - Youth day camping.¶
(a) Youth day camp sponsors shall comply with procedures and guidelines set forth by the Director.
(b) The conditions relating to day camp use by Youth Organizations are as follows:
(1) A Valid Permit issued by the Director is required.
(2) The maximum reservation permit period is ten consecutive days, not including weekends or holidays.
