Sec. 62-326. - Appeals board.¶

The city council is designated as the appeals board.

Sec. 62-327. - Requirements.¶

The subdivider or any interested person may appeal any action or decision of the planning commission with respect to the tentative map to the city council. All appeals shall be filed and processed in accordance with Government Code § 66452.5.
