Sec. 46-29. - Declaration of purpose.¶
This article is enacted to qualify the city to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Penal Code § 13522.

Sec. 46-30. - Adherence to POST standards.¶
The city police department will adhere to the standards of recruitment and training established by the state commission on peace office standards and training (POST).

Sec. 46-31. - POST commission inquiries.¶
The POST commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as it deems appropriate to ascertain that the police department adheres to the standards for selection and training of public safety dispatchers established by such commission.
