§ 3.28.010. Publication Reproduction Costs.¶
A. The City shall charge the actual cost of reproduction for publications of the City furnished to members of the public.
B. The cost of such publications shall be calculated by the City Manager in the exercise of reasonable discretion.

§ 3.28.020. Filing Fee for Notice of Intent to Circulate Initiative Petition.¶
Any person filing a notice of intent with the City Clerk to circulate an initiative petition shall pay a fee to the City at the time of filing such notice in the amount of $200, which said fee shall be refunded to the filer of the petition if, within one year of the date of filing the notice of intent, the City Clerk certifies the sufficiency of the petition.
