§ 2.36.010. Preparation—Fees.

The City has the right to contract with an individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity for the preparation of an environmental impact report or negative declaration for a proposed project. The City may charge and collect from any person proposing the project all reasonable sums incurred in the preparation of the environmental impact report or negative declaration.
