3.01.010 - Transfer of duties.

The assessment and tax collection duties, involving property taxes only and the collection of assessments levied for municipal improvements, including the assessment and collection of both secured and unsecured property taxes, now performed by the Assessor and the Tax Collector of the city, are hereby transferred to the Assessor and the Tax Collector of the county, effective on date hereof. (Ord. 694).
