11.32.010 - Standards and regulations.

All development of private property shall conform to the Uniform Building Code as adopted by the city and in particular Chapter 70 thereof. "Excavation and grading" also means site development requirements for private property. The city engineer is authorized to develop and prepare administrative rules, regulations and standards as needed, which shall be adopted by resolution of the city council after noticed public hearing.

11.32.020 - Boundary survey.

A boundary survey accomplished by a land surveyor or civil engineer licensed by the state of California shall be completed for all parcels and sites being developed. This requirement may be waived at the discretion of the city engineer. "Boundary survey" means the establishment of the property corners by setting thereon a minimum two inches by two inches redwood hub and tag with the engineer's or surveyor's license number stamped thereon. This survey shall then be tied to a control point located within the public right-of-way.
