§ 9.08.010. Electronic/mechanical games.¶
It is unlawful for any person to engage in owning, operating or possessing in his or her place of business, or on his or her premises, electronic/mechanical games as defined in Section 17.70.020, without obtaining all permits or certificates required by Chapter 5.04, and obtaining all use permits where required by this code.
