7.40.010 - Parallel parking.

Every vehicle stopped or parked upon a County highway shall be stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb, and also with the left-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel with and within 18 inches of the left-hand curb on one-way streets. The Director of Public Works may mark such County highways indicating the spaces in which vehicles shall be so parked. When markings are in place as herein provided no person shall park or stand a vehicle other than within such markings.
