25.17.01: EXISTING BUILDING CODE ADOPTED:

Except as hereinafter provided, the California Existing Building Code, 2025 edition, as published by the California Building Standards Commission, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though fully set forth herein and shall constitute the historic building code of the City. A copy of said code shall be located in the Planning and Building Department and shall be, at all times, maintained by the Planning and Building Department for use and examination by the public.
