16.24.010 - Purpose.¶

To establish requirements for mobilehome installations reasonably necessary for the protection of life and property and the mobilehome occupant, and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor.

There is hereby adopted by reference Division 14, Part 2.1 of the California Health and Safety Code and Title 25, Chapter 2, California Administration Code as the City of San Marcos Mobilehome Installation Regulations.
