8.62.005 - Health officer and environmental health services division to enforce state…

The health officer and the environmental health services division of the public health department shall enforce state laws and regulations relating to organized camps.

8.62.010 - Organized camp permits.

It is unlawful for any person or entity to operate an organized camp as defined in Health and Safety Code Section 18897 unless possessing a valid health permit issued by the health officer or her/his duly authorized representative.

8.62.020 - Permit issuance.

All of the general procedures governing the issuance, renewal, transferability, suspension and revocation of health permits set forth in Chapter 8.06 of this code are incorporated by reference.
