3.22.010 - Election to collect on tax roll.¶
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections 5470—5473.11, the county elects to collect water, sewer, sanitation, and storm drainage charges on the tax roll.

3.22.020 - Report, noticing, hearing, confirmation, and collection of charges.¶
Any such charges collected on the tax roll will follow all applicable procedures set forth in Health and Safety Code Sections 5470—5473.11, or any successor statute(s).
