§ 13.1.400. TIME FOR FILING.¶

No application for a hearing shall be placed on the agenda of a regular meeting of the Board unless such application is filed with the Community Development Department by 5:00 p.m. of the 14th day preceding such regular Board meeting. Applications received after this deadline will be placed on the following regular meeting agenda. This rule may be waived, for good cause, by the Secretary to the Board.
