§ 26.5.100. AUTHORIZATION TO ACCEPT AND RECORD DEEDS.¶

Pursuant to §27281 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Executive Director and the Agency Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro are hereby authorized to accept deeds and easements conveying an interest in or easement upon real property to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro, a political corporation, and to consent to the recordation thereof.
