§ 2.1.100. AUTHORIZATION TO SETTLE CLAIMS.¶

Pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-046, the City Manager is hereby authorized to compromise and settle as the best interests of the City of San Leandro may dictate, any and all workers' compensation claims up to a maximum of $100,000.
