§ 2.2.100. (RESERVED)

§ 2.2.200. AREAS WHERE SMOKING IS PROHIBITED.

Smoking is prohibited in and within 20 feet of a main, exit, entrance, or operable window of all facilities owned and operated or leased and operated by the City of San Leandro or by a concessionaire of the City.

§ 2.2.300. SIGNAGE.

Pursuant to Section 6404.5(c)(1)(A) of the California Labor Code and Section 7597(a) of the California Government Code, the City Manager shall post or cause to be posted "No Smoking Within 20 Feet" signs in conspicuous locations at each entrance to each facility owned and operated or leased and operated by the City of San Leandro or by a concessionaire of the City.
