§ 2-5.101. City Manager.¶
The City Manager shall furnish a corporate surety bond, to be approved by the Council, in such sum as may be determined by the Council. Such bond shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties imposed upon the City Manager as set forth in this Code. Any premium for such bond shall be a proper charge against the City.

§ 2-5.102. City Treasurer and City Clerk.¶
The Council is hereby authorized to set and establish the bonds for the offices of City Treasurer and City Clerk by resolution.
