§ 2-1.101. Time and place.¶
The Council shall fix the time and place for its regular meetings by resolution.

§ 2-1.102. Disorderly conduct.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person attending any Council meeting to:
(a) Use profane language or language tending to bring the Council, or any of its members, or any officials of the City into contempt;
(b) Persistently interrupt the proceedings of the Council; or
(c) Refuse or fail to be seated or keep quiet when ordered to do so by the presiding officer.
