18.08.200 - Filing fees - Amendment of land use/transportation diagram.¶
A filing fee, as set forth in the schedule of fees adopted by resolution of the city council, shall be paid by the applicant in order to have a proposed amendment to the land use/transportation diagram of the general plan processed.

18.08.210 - Fee deposit - LAFCO changes.¶
A fee deposit, as set forth in the schedule of fees adopted by resolution of the city council, shall be paid by the applicant to reimburse the city for charges by the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for processing an urban service area boundary expansion.

18.08.220 - Filing deadlines.¶
The city council may impose filing deadlines for requests to amend the general plan and urban service boundaries.
