14.25.500 - Low-income unit.¶
Low income units shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter, including the payment of the park impact fee established by resolution of the city council in the schedule of fees and credits.

Moderate Income Units shall be subject to the requirements of this Chapter, including the payment of the Park Impact Fee established by resolution of the City Council in the Schedule of Fees and Credits.
