The delineation and designation of East San Fernando Street upon the major street and highway plan, between South Tenth Street, is as set forth upon the certain map, entitled: "Section Two of the Major Street and Highway Plan, City of San José, California."

The street and highway plan is amended by adding to that map entitled "Major Street and Highway Plan, San José and Vicinity" a new section, entitled "Section Ten of the Major Street and Highway Plan," which shows and delineates the proposed general route of Guadalupe Freeway between Bayshore Freeway and Curtner Avenue-Stone Avenue Connection. Said map, entitled "Section Ten of the Major Street and Highway Plan," is on file in the office of the city clerk, and said map together with all notations, information and data contained thereon is made a part of this section as if fully set forth herein; reference is hereby made to said map for full particulars regarding the matters shown thereon.
