Chapter 3.32 — POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT RETIREMENT PLAN

3.32.010 - Established - Name - Membership.

A.

There is hereby continued, maintained and administered, as provided in this Chapter 3.32, a retirement plan for officers and employees receiving a monthly compensation for service as members of the police or fire department of the city, to be known as the "police and fire department retirement plan." All officers and employees shall be required to be members of said retirement plan.
