Chapter 1.16 — JUDICIAL REVIEW OF ADJUDICATORY ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS

1.16.010 - Statutory authority applicable.¶

Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the state of California shall be applicable to the city of San José, as to any decision (as defined by said Section 1094.6) made after the date the ordinance codified in this section becomes effective.
