Cardroom permittees shall create a plan for the security and safety of patrons and other persons who are lawfully on the premises. (Ord. 28517.)
16.12.020 Patron safety and security plans required. ¶
A. Each Cardroom Permittee shall submit a written patron safety and security plan, designed to protect patrons and other persons who are lawfully on the premises of the permitted Cardroom, to the Administrator by February 1, 2000.
B. The Administrator shall have the right to require amendments to the plan that are reasonably necessary to protect the public peace, health, safety, and welfare.
