2-4070 - FEE FOR INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS.

The provisions of Section 1203.1b of the Penal Code of the State of California relating to charges for the cost of the establishment of an installment account for the payment of probation fees are hereby made applicable in San Joaquin County. By resolution, the Board of Supervisors shall set the charge for establishing an installment account in an amount not to exceed the maximum allowed by State law.
