F-3050 - FINDINGS—CEQA EXEMPTION.¶
The Board of Supervisors finds that as a result of the financial condition of the District, the District is unable to maintain existing services without resorting to service charges and special assessments.
The Board of Supervisors further finds that the public health, safety, and welfare require the continued maintenance of services provided for in this chapter which necessitate the imposition of the service charges and special assessments referred to in this section.
This action is declared to be exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 21080(b)(8) of the Public Resources Code.
