Sec. 1498. Subdivision Map Act Provisions.

SEC. 1498. SUBDIVISION MAP ACT PROVISIONS. If any Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or provision of this Code is ruled invalid due to an inconsistency with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California as a result of passage of any Senate or Assembly bills amending said Act, such said Article, Section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or provision shall be deemed to have been amended to comply with said Act. Notwithstanding the above, such amendment or amendments shall not in any way invalidate or change any other portion of this Code except as required by law. (Added by Ord. 329-98, App. 10/30/98)
