SEC. 9.01. SEVERABILITY.¶

If any of the provisions of this Code, or the application of such provisions to any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the remainder of this Code, or the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held to be invalid, shall not be affected thereby. (Added by Ord. 603-81, App. 12/18/81)
