San Dimas Municipal Code Ch. 15.49 Swimming Pool Code

Except as otherwise amended in this chapter, the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code, 1997 Edition, and appendices thereto, prepared by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, is adopted as the San Dimas pool, spa and hot tub code and may be cited as such.

Each and all of the regulations, provisions, terms and conditions of such Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code are referred to and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter.

Three copies of such code are on file in the office of the building official, and shall at all times be maintained by the city clerk for the use and examination of the public. References to section numbers and amendments are declared to be references to section numbers contained in the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code.

The following amendments and additions are made to the Uniform Swimming Pool, Spa and Hot Tub Code adopted by this chapter:

A. Section 110.0, Fees, is deleted.

B. Table 1-1, Schedule of fees, is deleted.
