§ 13.20.010. Motor vehicles on posted property.

A person shall not operate any motor vehicle on or over any fire break or any fire protection roads which are posted against public use and provided with locked gates, or operate any motor vehicle on or over any riding or hiking trail, including a riding and hiking trail established under Article 6 of Chapter 1 of Division 5 of the Public Resources Code of the state of California, except as otherwise provided in Section 13.16.130.
