§ 1.24.010. Authorization of city officials for filing of documents.

The mayor, the city clerk, the city manager and the city attorney are each appointed the authorized agent of the city for the filing with such offices and officers of the state and of the county of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of the city's business.
