§87.01 Boarding or Alighting from Vehicles¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to board or alight from a vehicle while said vehicle is in motion. (Incorp. 1–22–1952 by O–5046 N.S., contained in O–2423 N.S. adopted 4–21–1942.)
§87.02 Railway Trains Not to Block Street¶
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any steam, Diesel or interurban railway train or car to operate the same in such a manner as to prevent the use of any street for purposes of travel for a period longer than five (5) minutes. (Incorp. 1–22–1952 by O–5046 N.S., contained in O–2423 N.S. adopted 4–21–1942.)
