San Diego Municipal Code Div. 17 Utility Improvement Districts — Miscellaneous

(“Utility Improvement Districts — Miscellaneous” added 1–20–1970 by O–10214 N.S.)

The term, “last equalized county assessment roll,” as used in this ordinance means the entire assessment roll for San Diego County as defined and determined by the provisions of Chapter 3 of Part 3 of Division 1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California. (“Definition: Last Equalized County Assessment Roll” added 1–20–1970 by O– 10214 N.S.)

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is for any reason held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this ordinance or the application of such provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. (“Severability” added 1–20–1970 by O–10214 N.S.)
