§42.1201 San Diego County Regulation of Medical Waste Ordinance—Adoption by¶
Reference
The following sections of the County Code of the County of San Diego, California
adopted by the Board of Supervisors as Ordinance No. 7556 (New Series), one copy
of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of San Diego as
Document No. O–17330, are hereby adopted as the Medical Waste Ordinance of the
City of San Diego: Sections 68.501, 68.504, 68.1201, 68.1202, 68.1203, 68.1204,
68.1205, 68.1206, 68.1207, 68.1208, 68.1209, 68.1210 and 68.1211. Each and all of
the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said sections are hereby referred
to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Division.
