Chapter 19 — SHERIFF'S REGULATORY FEES

SEC. 21.1901. FEES.

The fees for the licenses, permits and registration certificates issued by the Sheriff and services provided by the Sheriff pursuant to this code shall be as follows:

(a) LICENSES AND PERMITS

(1) Adult Entertainment Employee License: Initial fee $444, renewal fee $405.

(2) Adult Entertainment Establishment License: Initial fee $1,112, renewal fee $1,074.

(3) Bingo License: Annual fee $50.

(4) Carnival or Circus License: Per Event fee $764.

(5) Casino Party License: Event fee $508.

(6) Charitable Solicitor Registration: No fee.

(7) Carry Concealed Weapons License: Initial fee $176, renewal fee $25, in addition to the fees paid to the Department

of Justice. Any license amendment $10.

(8) Entertainment Establishment License: Annual fee $647.

(9) Entertainment Establishment Manager Registration: Annual fee $240.

(10) Explosives Permit: Initial fee $1,377, renewal fee $1,165.

(11) Firearms Dealer Permit: Initial fee $790, renewal fee $751.

(12) Fireworks Permit: Annual fee $798.

(13) For-Hire Vehicle Driver Identification Card: Initial fee $153, renewal $77, in addition to the fees paid to the

Department of Justice. Any amendment $38.

(14) Fortune Telling License: Annual fee $570.

(15) Junk Yards or Motor Vehicle Wrecking Yards License: Annual fee $609.

(16) Merchandise Coupon Distributor: Annual fee $274.

(17) Outdoor Assembly License: Event license $639.

(18) Outdoor Assembly Manager Registration: $238.

(19) Pawnbroker and Secondhand Dealer License: Initial fee $697, renewal fee $659.

(20) Permanent Amusement Rides and Go-cart Centers Permit: Annual fee $1,094.

(21) Public Dance License: Annual fee $431.

(22) Public Dance Manager Registration: Annual fee $238.

(23) Security Alarm Systems Permit: Permit fee $272.

(24) Solicitor's ID Card: Initial fee $278, renewal fee $236.

(25) Solicitor's License: Initial fee $431, renewal fee $393.

(26) Swap Meet License: Annual fee $431, plus $32 per stall.

(27) Taxicabs and Taxicab Driver Identification Card: Initial fee $153, renewal fee $77. Fee for changes to card

between renewals: $38.

(28) Taxicabs and Taxicab Operator's License: Initial fee $353, plus $300 per cab inspection fee. Renewal fee $276,

plus $300 per cab inspection fee.

(29) Teenage Public Dances License: Annual fee $351.

(b) SERVICES

(1) Copies of Reports: $20.

(2) Records Search/Criminal History Copies: $14.

(3) Police Clearance Letter (Good Conduct Letter): $80.

(4) Fingerprint Service by License Division: $38.

(5) Copies of Evidence Photos: $25.

(6) Copies of Crime Lab Reports: $14.

(7) Credit Card Fee – Licensing and Records: $3.

(8) Debit Card Fee – Licensing and Records: $2.50.
